I'm a sandwich gal, so here are my suggestions:
I cook mine in a skillet with a dose of worcestershire sauce, a splash of liquid smoke, salt & pepper. It gives it an easy outdoor bbq flavor that's divine on a roll with lettuce, tomato. crispy turkey bacon strips & fat-free mayo.
It's also good sautéed with mushrooms, onions & jarred brown gravy then topped with melted part-skim mozzarella. Serve it on a roll (of course
) for a hot turkey sandwich.
And for a third sandwich option, I'll rub it with cajun spice, salt & pepper then sautée. Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion & sliced/mashed avocado on a roll for some more good eats.
