Okay, I went to McDonald's tonight for dinner, and I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad (grilled chicken). My question is this: Does the calorie count of 470 INCLUDE the Ranch Dressing, since it is, in fact, RANCH salad? Or do I need to count the Dressing in addition to the salad? Thanks in advance!:D

Yes, that includes the dressing. The grilled bacon ranch salad (w/ chicken) without the dressing is 260 calories.

I love the salads from McDonald's (the grilled chicken casear is my fave) but I NEVER use their dressing. I take it home and use my own.

Oh, thank you sooo much! Guess I can take off my calories for the dressing then. I thought the salad was DELICIOUS! Much better than I expected.;)

It's good, I just got one today. Pretty much the same thing, almost, as the caesar except it has regular shredded cheese instead of parmesan and has bacon on it. I always add my own onions and 2 tablespoons of fat-free croutons to my McDonald's salads. And, of course, my own dressing, which I also measure. I use exactly 2 tablespoons.

This is all after I pick through the salad and get rid of all the funky purple leaves, lol.
