Well if it does not fit in with your eating plan, then I guess it won't be on your list. Personally I do not "diet" but have just developed a healthful eating plan, and peanut butter (the natural kind without added sugar and junk) is very high in nutritional value. Yes, it is high in fat, but I think limited amounts of fats are part of a healthy eating plan. So people are often surprised that I say I eat certain things. Catch is... I eat very limited amounts of them and pile up high on the fruit and veggies. Although I have even been told I should not be eating fruit because of the sugar content but I consider that FAR different from refined sugars and junk.

We are all different and need to find what works for us and go with it. LOL to me chocolate is what I may as well apply directly to my hips; peanut butter is very filling and has lots of nutrients so I think it goes places on my body where it can be more beneficial LOL

That's so interesting, Pavellina... you don't eat it much in Europe? Peanut butter in North America is like the staff of life.
Misti's right... most of the fat in peanut butter is "good fat", and it's a healthy choice compared to many other things.
As long as you don't eat an entire jar of it, like a girl in my forum did...
