Sweet Tooth!
 

Hello everyone I am new and I am happy that I have join this site. I am 21 years old and working on maintaining a good way of eating without binging out on the wrong foods (which I tend to do more now) . I just wanted to know do anyone know good dessert recipes that are quick for a college student that require no cooking. Also it will be nice if the desert have very little starch ( I am on La weight loss plan), such as using only 1/2 cup icecream or 1/2 cup of frozen yougurt. Thank you guys.
