Default Cookie recipes using Splenda?

I'd really like to make myself some decent cookies to keep around for.....well, when I gotta have that cookie! But I don't like eating a lot of sugar. Does anyone have any tried and true recipes for cookies using Splenda instead?

I'd appreciate it!

The chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the tollhouse chip bag works great with Splenda!

Thanks for the suggestions

Now I just need to find one that's low fat (doesn't use butter or very little of it) and I'm good to go.

Does anyone one know what happens when you swap out the butter for applesauce in cookie recipes? I've done that with cakes and banana bread with good results, but haven't tried cookies yet.
