Soy Flour?

What does everyone think of soy flour? Has anyone used it? Does it taste bad, good? Bake any differently?

I have only tried soy flour in a couple of dishes. I use it, mixed with a little regular flour to lighten it, as a dredge for chicken fingers. we've also coated onions with it and made onion rings. Just make sure to dip chicken or onions in beaten eggs, or whites first so the flour can stick. My kids love it!:carrot:
