In the need for a Cookbook

I'm going to be shopping for Low fat, fat free, or sugar free cookbooks. Does anyone have any suggestions for good ones?

My favorite cookbooks are by Cooking Light. They aren't really fat free or sugar free, but they are all reduced fat, reduced calorie, etc. Everything is yummy and you can't tell it's "diet food". I also love the new South Beach Diet Quick and Easy cookbook. It's not just for South Beachers, anyone can use it.

I have the Cooking Light cookbook and I am a big fan of the American Heart Association cookbooks, I recommend The American Heart Association Low Fat Low Cholesterol Cookbook, this one shown is the 2nd edition, it is actually in it's 3rd edition. Also check out The American Heart Association Quick & Easy Cookbookwhich has healthy meals that are quick to prepare. I own both of these books and have found them invaluable.
