Faux Spicy Chicken Wings

Cut up some chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Throw them in a ziplock with 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp paprika, 1 or two tsps Season salt. Brown them on Med heat in pam or 1 tsp. olive oil in a GOOD nonstick pan (I have a cuisinart electric skillet--an essential for me). Mix up 1 cup of KC Masterpiece low-carb classic blend barbecue sauce (10 cals in 2 tblsp!). Add cayenne and hot pepper flakes to taste. Heat sauce for a min. in microwave. Pour over chicken bites. Toss, serve.

Low Cal Onion Dip

1 cup sour cream
1 cup 1 or 2% fat cottage cheese
I packet Lipton soup mix

Blend the cottage cheese in blender or with hand blender until smooth. Mix well with sour cream and onion mix. Chill for an hour and serve. EAT IN MODERATION! A shot glass not quite full is one serving. One serving is about 36 cals, so a couple won't kill ya, especially with veggies. You can also make this recipe with Ranch dip mix. Also has a nice amount of protien!

Cheese Quesadillas

Low carb tortillas (Mission or Mama Lupe brand)
grated 2% cheese
Salsa

Spread salsa on tortilla, sprinkle with one oz. of cheese, top with other tortilla. Fry in nonstick pan with Pam until golden brown on each side.
Cut in quarters and serve. 1 quarter is 43 cals.
