Oh golly ... I'll have to have a look around. I count calories and watch my fats .... lots of folks do and that's under General Diet Plans, Calorie Counters.

Just keep reading Bi, you'll find lots of good place that you fit right in. I actually thought about pm'ing Suzanne and asking her about healthy heart and so on. But you'll probably find your niche.
