I am looking for a recipe
It is like a Broccoli cauliflower and bacon salad.
I am sure someone has a low fat recipe of this

Here is the recipe she sent me

The one I was thinking of doesn't have cheese or peas in it - but this sounds good

1/3 C. fat free Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. reduced calorie Mayo
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2C. Broccoli Florets
2C. Cauliflower Florets
1C. thawed frozen tiny peas
1C. shredded low-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 Red Onion finely chopped
3 slices of bacon (cooked crispy and crumbled )

In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayo, & lemon juice. Add broccoli, cauliflower, peas, cheese and onion. (Toss to coat)
Refridgerate covered until chilled. (1-2 hours)
Serve sprinkled with bacon.
Makes 4 servings.
