Multicultural Recipes Help!

I have a friend who is celebrating Diwali in India and having a hard time with the sweets.

If anyone here has any low calorie, low fat, low sugar recipes please post them,

I am sure there are other cultures who have celebrations on the way who need some ideas too,

recipe Zaar has quite a few indian dessert. not all of them are low in calories though. However, it does provide the calories for most and can serve as a starting point for holiday meal planning.
