4 chicken breasts
shake and bake
tomato sauce
low fat mozzeralla cheese

coat chicken with shake nd bake bake 40 min at 350. cover chicken with sauce and cheese (about 1 tbsp each) for the laast 5 min. cook speghetti and heat rest of sauce.
