Egg website with recipes

  • As long as you limit the number of yolks there are a number of health benefits to eating eggs. The lutein (from the yellow color) is really good for your eyes. I generally eat the whites anyway but each large egg has 4.5 g of fat which really isn't a whole lot. The concern was with the saturated fat and cholesterol but it has been proven that one whole egg a day is fine to eat. Just a thought!
