I am not saying have this snack before bed though, earlier in the day to give you energy and you will have time to burn those cals. I am just saying this is a great snack in portion control at the right time of the day. ;)

this might sound a little 'wacky', but if you get a little packet of those Listerine 'pocketPaks' breath fresh (or something like that) that you put on the top of your mouth. It will curb or flatten your 'munchie moods' :D

*I would not recomend using this in place of food, or taking 24 of these a day ;) (you get the point)
