Default South Beach Diet Frozen Dinners

Have you tried them? What do you think about them? You don't have to be on South Beach to eat them. They are pretty well rounded where some of them fit in with low fat and some with low carb. I tried one, and I liked it. It was Beef and Broccoli. It actually reminded me of beef stew with broccoli and cheese on the side. The celery and onions were actually a little bit crisp, and that never happens with frozen dinners. It was very tasty! Pretty small, though. 240 calories - it needed another side of veggies with it.

I've never seen them in the grocery store, I'll have to keep an eye out though!

I havent tried these yet, but I also saw a South Beach product in the "meat" section where they have all the "quick fix" meals like pre-cooked chickens, bbq beef, etc. They had these boxes of the fixings for a wrap. I looked at the chicken caesar one. They looked interesting, but not on my list that day
