Yougurt Whip

Has anyone tried these yogurt WHIPS???
I think it was by Yoplait
I believe for a 4 oz serving it was 140 cal and 2.5 grams of fat

These are WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had the strawberry and bannana. There are many other flavors
It is so light and fluffy. I cant wait to try the other flavors as well.

They DO taste good but there's not a lot of nutrition in them. I'd rather spend 90 calories on 6 ounces of sugar-free, fat-free yogurt with lots of protein and calcium than 140 calories on 4 oz of mostly sugar.

My favorite is Key Lime Pie but unfortunatly it doesn't leave me satisfied.

The sugar content I think was around 17-21. Not as much sugar as some yogurt that I have seen.. The protein was 5 grams and it does count towards a calcium too.
I just cant hardly eat those other yogurts very well.

I have had them and they are good..I saw those more as dessert-y than breakfast or snack like. I agree that for the calories and full-ness feel of more yogurt I would go with regular nonfat yogurt. There are some pretty good flavors out there like Apple Turnover or Coconut Cream Pie that are delicious and if you stick them in the freezer for a few hours and then eat them in the afternoon they are sooo good. Try Stonyfield's yogurts for additional calcium and fiber (all natural too!)
