I had to quit all caffine for medical reasons. But the benifits were amazing. Yes I had BAD withdraws!! Once I got overthem I have felt more intouch with my body. I also think getting off coffee has been one on the major reasons that i have been able to stick to my diet (have lost 33 lb so far). If I am tired I llok for a reason instead of having coffee. If I wake up sluggish I make sure I eat more protien that day. Stuff like this.
