Default Gogurt

I bought and froze these in an attempt to eat healthier and get my calcium. THEN, I noticed that they only have 10 % of the DV for calcium, and practically no vitamins. They are tasty and low calorie, but....

They also have a ton of sugar. I was doing the same thing for the kids until I looked at the ingredients.
