Default Great low cal satisfying foods

I'm new to these boards but I just discovered 2 great low cal, low fat ways to satisfy my sweet tooth.
1 - Chai tea... with milk and splenda... has a wonderful spicy flavour

2- Plain yogurt with Splenda and cinnamon.... absolutely amazing tasting!

Cottage cheese with Splenda and cinnamon is also good. I haven't tried it, but I've heard of people mixing SF hot cocoa mix with cottage cheese.

Those sound good. I will have to give them a try. Cinnamon is really good as it helps regulate blood sugar. Chai tea is just soooo good. Never thought to have a cup when those darn cravings start. I have just been popping a piece of ALPINE gum and that has worked so far.

Be careful with the splenda, the maltodextrin they add to it is very highly glycemic
