Looking for a good vegi cookbook
 

Hi,
I just heard on the news tonight that we are not eating enough vegi's. I'm in a rut and want to try new recipes and new vegi's I've never tried before. Any suggestions? Julie

I love the old stand bys The Victory Garden Cookbook any of the Moosewood books and a classic Laurels Kitchen

Oh man I used to have an excellent one but I can't for the life of me remember the name, I want to say it had something like Moosewood in the title LOL. Ohh duh I see that KidzRN already mentioned that one. I guess I'm not much help after all ;) Good luck in your hunt
