looking for breakfast smoothie recipe
 

i'm new here so hello all. :)
i'm looking for good recipe for a breakfast or snack smoothie or shake.
i bought some soy protein powder and want to use that to increase my protein intake but i'm not on a low carb diet.

Whatever kind of smoothie you want, just add the amount of powder that is one "serving" or however it is measured.

I usually use a handful of berries, a banana, and a yogurt and a few ice cubes.
Also, cans of fruit in their natural juices with ice, yogurt is great too.
Any fruits you like can be blended.

I personally don't follow a recipe, but just throw together whatever I'm in the mood for. My current favorite is as follows:

In a blender, place equal parts of unsweetened applesauce, nonfat plain yogurt, and skim milk. I add a few packets of Splenda and a scoop or two of plain soy protein powder. I get the unflavored kind. I also add a hefty dash of cinnamon. Whirl till smooth. Tastes like apple pie :)
