Mastercook Question

  • I’m thinking about buying Mastercook. I understand it will let you put your own recipes in and it will figure nutritional values for you. Does its information include soy products? I use a lot of soy meat substitutes in my recipes such as meat loaf and would like to know if Mastercook will figure the the nutritional value with those substitutions.
  • Mastercook does have a lot of ingredients in it's list. One of my favorite things about it is that you can add your own ingredients to the list. 98% of our food is organic and made without preservatives, artificial ingredients etc so I have added alot of our "food" to the list for use in recipes.

  • Thanks a lot. I'm going to go on ahead and pick up the program this weekend.
  • If the product you are putting into Mastercook has nutition info on the pkg you can enter that in for the most accurate results.
