I’m thinking about buying Mastercook. I understand it will let you put your own recipes in and it will figure nutritional values for you. Does its information include soy products? I use a lot of soy meat substitutes in my recipes such as meat loaf and would like to know if Mastercook will figure the the nutritional value with those substitutions.
Mastercook does have a lot of ingredients in it's list. One of my favorite things about it is that you can add your own ingredients to the list. 98% of our food is organic and made without preservatives, artificial ingredients etc so I have added alot of our "food" to the list for use in recipes.

Thanks a lot. I'm going to go on ahead and pick up the program this weekend.
If the product you are putting into Mastercook has nutition info on the pkg you can enter that in for the most accurate results.
