have some eggs and why not check out fat chicks on the beach right here at 3FC. Some excellent getting started info in the FAQ section. Hope to see you there

Default Phase 1 Breakfast Alternatives?

I like eggs well enough and have found that cooking them in the microwave at work (after putting in lowfat cheese and some veggies) works well. The problem is, after three days or so, I'd rather eat dirt than look at another egg. Are there any other options that have worked well for people during Phase 1? I was considering adopting the Japanese tradition of eating soup for breakfast. I prefer savory food anyway.
