Eat Healthy

Recently i lost over 30 lbs of weight. My eating habbit was terrible, until I started reading books about how to eat healthy. Not long ago I found an audiobook called Nutrition for Dummies, which I was able to listen on Audible ( as an audio book). There are numerous people who are health conscious and always keep a close look at the eating habits, this book can help them in a significant manner. The language is quite simple and methods suggested in the book are easy to implement.
