Super Burrito!!

  • I have been fixing these burritos for several months and they do the trick:

    One large Flour Tortilla...I try to get the low-fat kind.
    2 Tbls. of low fat cream cheese.
    Chopped up onions
    Baby Spinach
    Chopped up Chicken
    1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper if desired.

    Spread the cream cheese down the center of the tortilla and warm for just a few seconds in the microwave. Add the other ingredients, roll up and enjoy!!!

    This is great for left-over chicken....depending on the amounts used and the cals. in the tortilla, the calorie ranges from 200 to 300.
