I haven't really posted in a while but I am back on the weight loss wagon and wanted to share a really good fall snack that i've made up that is really tasty filling and low in carb and in cals.
Cube up sweet potato toss in olive oil and curry powder, roast, then mince up some adobo chipotle peppers and mix with sour cream (add some adobo juice in there for some extra flavor and kick
) mix well then toss with the roasted sweet potato. YUM.
