Default Frozen Fruit Question

I've been using frozen mixed berries in my overnight oats and just realized they contain sucrose. I found organic frozen berries at the store without sucrose but they're so expensive. Anyone use frozen berries without sucrose? Where do you get them? I might have to switch to fresh fruit. Thanks!!!

None of the frozen fruit brands I buy have any sucrose in them. I've used Walmart, Dole's and Harris Teeter brands in case that helps. They aren't organic though so not sure if that will work for you.

Good luck!

I always buy individual types of berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries) and I've never even seen them with sugar added. If your berry mix has added sugar, buy them separate and mix your own!
