You must tell me more about this thai pizza...literally my two favorite foods combined!

Thai red curry with tofu tonight with some white rice.

Kale salad and broccoli quinoa salad at the grocery store and then popcorn at the movies. No idea the calories. I'm kind of freaking out over that fact, at the moment.

The pizza was basically just a gf wrap crisped in the oven (you can use any low calorie tortilla, flat out, pita, etc) then topped with peanut sauce, tofu, broccoli slaw, cilantro, scallion, and I used an oz of Cabot 75% reduced fat cheese shredded in top and baked until melted. So good!

I ended up making a regular marinara pizza for lunch yesterday topped with onion, pepper, mushroom and spinach. I so missed eating grains! My stomach is thanking me now

I was going to make chicken tikka masala with butternut squash fettucine. Only 279 calories per serving! Turns out I have an after work drive plus Girl Scouts tonight, so I think I need to go with a premade meal. I'm going to have zucchini noodles topped with Sweet and spicy Turkey/Sweet potatoes with coconut milk that I have in my freezer. I really like that recipe, but next time I would cut down A LOT of the sugar and add more spice.
