Name a couple of your favorite eats that have been helping you lose the weight! Just thought itd be a nice thread to discover some new recipes.
Mine are "breakfast sundae" (i make it for my very picky child) and tuna/avo bowl
4 to 6 oz of plain greek yogurt
Tbsp honey drizzled
Kashi golean cinnamon crumble, just a few
1/4 banana
Its also great when i want something sweet. I think it averages 200 calories.
My other go to is a tunafish salad in an avocado bowl
1/2 avocado pitt removed
Make tunafish however you like, mayo/mustard celery etc
Pile on desired amount on top of avocado and eat with spoon.
Obviously i thrive on simplicity. :P
