Iced green tea is great. Also iced fruit and herb teas.
I just get the tea bags, brew it up, allow to cool, then pop in the fridge overnight.
Bit of stevia, or agave syrup is good to add too.

Id recommend cold brewing the tea and sweetening it naturally with stevia or letting fruits infuse into it while it steeps
