Ian you're doing/have done great. I wish I could train for something, just to keep focus.

Sum I have reg coffee some mornings with soy milk and flavored creamer. I don't think it has any effect on my weigh ins, it's the other stuff I cram in my mouth. I am sure hoping to see a good number on the scale tomorrow. I want to do your 4:3. I think it would be better because two days in a row of high days would put me back to where I started.

Ok, I bought my green tea but haven't started yet. The box does not indicate whether it is caffeinated or not. Does anyone know? Is all green tea the same? I just need to make sure I limit it to certain hours if it is bc I have sleep issues already.

A lot of green tea does have caffeine in it, but less than coffee.

I am up 1.2lbs today to 167.4lbs. No green tea miracle yet...

Exclamation Green Tea Power!

I've been drinking three glasses of this stuff for the past year! Went from 315 down to 246 and now I'm ready to drop more!

It took some getting used to for me. Now I just love green tea.

Up 0.6lbs to 166.2lbs.

OK, I have been on green tea for several weeks now and think I have a verdict.

It has helped me to lose a little weight. If I track my weight pre-green tea, I used to routinely bounce up into the 170s. Since green tea, that has not happened once.

My lowest daily weight the month before green tea (in April) was 166.6lbs. Since starting green tea my lowest daily weight has been 165.0lbs.

So, at the margin, it's giving me a little boost.

Let's keep going.

I don't know if green tea really helps with weight loss, but I like it.
I almost never drink it hot. I love it iced. And I don't drink plain green tea I don't care for the flavor. I have a cranberry/ pomegranate and acai/ blueberry green teas that are so refreshing. I used to add a tiny amount of honey, but now I never do.

I haven't been able to get used to the flavor in the green tea....a slight bitterness even when steeping the appropriate amt of time but this week I got a coupon to get some free stuff at a local "nutrition store" so I went to check it out and it was basically Herbal life products. I got a margarita flavored green tea and it was really good.

Glad to hear that Shannonsnail. I like the stuff with Jasmin when I find the ordinary green too bitter.

Down another 0.2lbs today to 164.0lbs.

Green tea power!

I always gain on Tuesdays though. Let's see what the morning brings...
