Low cal chips or crackers for dipping?

on my cheat day i would like to do as low cal as i can while enjoying more food on my cheat day, i like chips or crackers and low fat sour cream and salsa for a dip which isn't bad.

the chips i came across are Special K cracker chips around 27-30 chips for around 110 cals

Are there any lower calorie chips or crackers?

You could also check out all of the Boulder brand chips. Personally, I'm also a fan of Crunchmaster Multigrain crackers.

I love Le Pain de Fleurs crispbread. So healthful! You'd have to do the calorie comparison... but they are about 50-70 calories for four depending on the flavor (but they are larger, cracker size, crunchy and very thin). I have tried both the chestnut and quinoa. I buy them at a health food store.

I love FinnCrisps!! They're rye crackers but with a nice sourdough twang to them. Very thin. Very crispy. Excellent mouth feel. I put some in my son's lunchbox (they are not allowed chips/crisps) and he came back wondering how he got away with having crisps.

I'm not 5, so not so easily fooled. But they are delicious to me and quite low cal.

You could give Fiber Gourmet crackers a try: http://www.fibergourmet.com/Default.aspx. I love the Fiber Gourmet pasta (tastes just like regular pasta, I swear - even my husband doesn't know the difference), and their crackers are good too. A little under-salted for my taste, but I'll exchange the salt for a low calorie cracker! I've never tried the thinables, just the original and everything "half calorie cracker" varieties.

I just got tortilla style chips from the brand 'No Way'. I'm shocks how good they taste and they're made from sprouts. Definitely recommend !

For extra flavor and a change, try microwaving Hormel Turkey pepperoni in the microwave for a minute. You get 17 slices for 70 calories. Pad it out with some veggies and you have a snack you can eat slowly and it will fill you up for a bit.
