Pumpkin Spice Cookies
 

Yummm!! I know this isn't something new and has probably been posted many times but just wanted to share with you all. I was feeling super lazy the other night and went looking in my pantry for something sweet yet low-fat. Finally decided on cake cookies. I was a little nervous about this because I do not like brownie and chocolate cake mix with pumpkin puree but whew, this turned out great!

One box of yellow cake mix
One 15oz can pumpkin puree
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (you can always make your own via google.)

Drop tablespoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Depending on size of cookies, it can make from 36 to 60. I think I ended up with 45-47. I also frosted a few of them with cream cheese/greek yogurt/powdered sugar mixture and it totally tasted like pumpkin roll or a pumpkin cinnamon roll. They were still just as good without.

WARNING- MAKES A LOT AND MAY BE ADDICTIVE. :D

wow yummy those sound great thanks for sharing the recipe sound too dangerous for me though right now maybe when I'm at goal I'll try them though lol ;)
