It is so healthy and good for you that I keep trying to force myself to like it. I have done everything I can, tried every flavor, packed only it in my lunch so I'd be so hungry that I'd have to eat it, eaten it every day for breakfast hoping I'd get over my foodhate.
Fish, all kinds and any seafood at all. It makes me want to gag just thinking about it, which is such a shame because I'm unable to eat so many potentially healthy options.
I am not a fussy eater. I am not squeamish. I have eaten very weird things. There is only one thing I would never ever eat under no circumstances. Marmite. Awful - how can people eat it and not spit it out?
