Lose It App

Now its okay to laugh but am I the only one that never knew about the Iphone app Lose It? I love it!!! It has really helped me with keeping up with what I eat and I think I am making better choices because of it. Am I missing out on any other great finds....:D

Haha, Loseit is a wonderful website and app. I lost 40 lb using it a few years back. I gained some seight back, so I am back on it and it has been great. I plan to never go off this time :carrot:
