Today I bought some International Collections olive oil flavored with natural lemon extract. It was delicious!! I checked their website and found that they have it in several flavors; I am going to try to find several of them.

I love flavored olive oil! Lime, garlic, basil, chipotle and blood orange are my favorites. My local shop also has lots of flavored balsamic vinegars, both dark and white. www.saratogaoliveoil.com

Basil, garlic, and chipotle are great for cooking eggs with. They all make great salad dressing. I love blood orange on cooked green beans, broccoli, and cauliflower. I've also tried their butternut squash seed oil - super nutty!

Have fun - I haven't bought a bottle of salad dressing in over a year!

Thanks. I may have to order some of these online if my local store does not carry the others. And yes, I love flavored vinegars... I bought several of them from a local supplier at the farmer's market in Coupeville on Whidbey Island!
