Default Even produce is supersized!!

Holy cow, we're even supersizing fruit! I bought a pomegranate the other day, and grudgingly realized it was actually 3 servings. Yesterday's banana was so big, it probably counted as 2. And this morning's pear took me 20 minutes to eat, so I'm thinking I did it again! I don't usually weigh and measure, but I do try to estimate--and I've got to remember not to instinctively choose the biggest piece!

Yep, apples are twice the size they used to be too. I always say they are about 110 calories, and not the 60-80 that my app says it might be.

I had huge apples a couple months ago, now they are little where I buy them. I did buy some monstrous green cabbage last November.

It is amazing, isn't it? No wonder so many people have to fight against gaining weight.

I think with fruit ill try to halve it if its too large but I try to eat as many and as much vegetables as I like. So long as they are cooked in a healthy way you can never have too many vegetables
