Thanks for the recipes and explanation! Mmm...I make pizza once a week for my kids, but next week I am also going to make these tortilla pizzas for my husband and myself too!

I keep meaning to try Ezekiel Bread. We mostly stick to Nature's Own 12 Grain or Double Fiber Wheat (the shorter, fatter loaves). The 12 Grain is much softer, and my husband prefers that one. I'm okay with either usually.

Try Ezekiel. It's wonderful. It's really good for you.
Also sprouted berry breads.

I get mine at Trader Joe's.
