I've recently discovered
Skinny Taste. It's a pretty cool food blog. Each recipe comes with calorie count and macronutrient info as well. I also subscribe to
Healthy Eating Blog, which is a general healthy eating blog by Health magazine.
Also, if you want to incorporate more veggies I recommend looking for vegan/vegetarian food blogs. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with any, otherwise I would recommend them to you.
ETA: I've just googled some vegetarian food blogs, they all look tasty awesome!
