I like it with Siracha.
Or with spicy mustard.
I always mix in green pepper, celery, carrots, salt and pepper.

Don't forget to read about the mercury content of tuna. Don't eat too much, too often, and not Albacore.

The BF & I made this for lunch today, and may I just say OH MY TUNA GODS! This was so ridiculously easy to make, delicious to eat, and crazy low in calories!! I think we've found a new favorite!

I mix it in with my whole wheat pasta with some lemon zest, fresh chopped parsley and a touch of olive oil. Delicious! It almost takes on the taste of chicken in a way. My hubby even likes it and he's not crazy about canned tuna, lol.

Or how about canned pink salmon? That's really good too.

We usually substitute canned salmon for tuna. Other than that awesome Tuna Subzi we had for lunch today, I haven't had canned tuna in ages! Just wish the skinless boneless salmon wasn't so freaking expensive!

Someone told me about Kraft Chipotle Mayo - for 1 tbsp. it has 40 calories and 4g fat....(1Points Plus if you are doing WW).

I also make a Tuna Salad....Tuna, Cucumbers, Tomato, Basil, Small amount of Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, and any other veggies or spices that you like! You can eat it plain or put it on top of a sald!

That's why God made sales, lol. It is seriously expensive so I always stock up when it goes on sale. It's very rare for me to buy fresh salmon steaks so this is a nice treat as well as being heart-healthy with all the Omega-3's.

Warning....if you're planning on eating a LOT of tuna, be prepared for this side effect. My legs would itch like crazy, and it always felt like it was under the skin, not on the surface. I kept thinking that it must be my lotions, body wash, etc, but have since found out that tuna can do that. Since then, I haven't eaten tuna and my itching issues have been resolved. So be careful not to rely on it.
