Oh my god, i tried this for the first time and it is SO GOOD! It's like eating dessert, like a creamy custard or something. I know there is tons of fat in it, but it's good for you and a small amount satisfies (that says a lot coming from me, a person who can overeat almost anything). I'm not a huge fan of regular yogurt so i'd much rather eat 1/3 cup of this than a whole cup of lowfat yogurt.
