Default Very low carb homemade protein bars, is it possible?

Anyone have a recipe for such a thing? It can have fat, but very, very low carb. I'm ok with using splenda, but not wheat and oats and rice... I have been using atkins stuff, but it's so pricey!

I haven't tried any of these personally, but they seem to meet your requirements...most require flavored protein powder however, and that can be a bit pricey too

I wonder if that is the thread I just found! Yep! It is! Too funny. That does look perfect. Protein powder can be bought cheaper in various places and those Atkins bars are $1-2 a piece! And I'm sure has stuff I don't need.p

http://www.genaw.com has some. It's a very popular website among low carbers, especially Atkins. You should check out some of her recipes, they're yummy!
