salmon burger patties!

I just bought and cooked up these salmon patties from Trader Joe's and man are they good! And only 80 calories each! I had one with fresh lettuce and onion on a hamburger bun--so delicious!

I have had some of these in my freezer for quite awhile now. I bought them cause I love salmon and I had heard good things about them, but I am scared of them LOL I wonder how they only have 80 calories and 1 gram of fat??? They are salmon, water, and salt. No fillers and salmon has quite a bit more fat and calories than that? How did you cook yours? I think I am going to finally try them.

Thanks for sharing that these were good. I've seen them at TJ's, but have haven't tried them yet.

I just spray a little olive oil on a frying pan and fry them up. It takes about 3 minutes each side.
