High Protein/Low Carb/Low Fat Foods
I need to add more protein to my diet. Looking for low carb and low fat options. That aren't meat... I don't think I could swallow ANY more meat! Any help would be appreciated!
PS: I don't eat eggs. |

Lentils, Quinoa, tofu, soy protein, Whey, egg whites,

Fish and seafood are lowfat and low carb.
