I have been eating chicken breast for waaaaaay too long. Not been able to get food choices because of the snow and everything, so I've had chicken breast every night forever. I'm really, really tired of chicken breast but I don't have anything else and the chicken will go bad if I don't eat it today.
What can I make it into so it won't be remotely anything like chicken? So far I've had it as a chicken breast steak, chicken cubes on skewers, ginger chicken, chicken curry, Karahi chicken (a chili and mint sauce) and a chicken pasta bake.
I really, really do not want chicken tonight - how can I make it nothing like chicken?
