fab find!

i have a new fab find! The South Beach diet people make dark chocolate covered soynutss! They seem to be vegan (i don't like to say that 100% cuz i am still learning the long ingredient words and i would hate to mess anyone up) and they are YUMMY! They come in 100 calorie packs w/ the other south beach items.

Unfortunately, confectioner's glaze isn't vegan, it is made out of beetle juice :)

well, that is good to know. It doesn't bother me in the least they are made out of beetles, i guess that should gross me out, but it doesn't. other than i won't buy them anymore. i wonder if i can make my own out of vegan dark chocolate!:D Oh well, still good vegetarian fair.
