Default So Delicious Coconut milk

I love unsweetened chocolate or vanilla Almond Breeze because it's shelf-stable (I always end up throwing out milk) and lower calorie than milk, but it doesn't work when making Jello pudding... Has anyone tried the So Delicious coconut milk? Did you like it? Any idea on whether or not it will work with Jello (thicken up)? Thanks

Jello? Umm... milk like product with jello? That sounds pretty gross but makes me think of strawberry nestle quick or something. I was never a fan of jello though.

I've tried the so delicious coconut milk and it tastes like regular milk to me other than it doesn't have that slimy aftertaste that milk has. I actually don't like it much since it tastes like milk.

I always thought coconut milk was high in fat. I checked the nutrition value. One cup has 5 gr. fat (saturated).

I actually really enjoy the taste of coconut milk. But I'm not sure it would taste good in pudding.
