Roasted Pumpkin Bites

I've seen a few threads about pumpkin. I myself am not a huge pumpkin fan, but I saw this recipe and thought some of you might like to see it. I imagine you could cut back on the oil and make this a really healthy dish. If anyone tries it, let me know how it turns out!:ghost:

I do a similar thing with sweet potato but I am not sure if that is allowed on SB so will have to try this...thanks!
