Trader Joe's Shoppers: Spinach & Salmon crepes are divine!

Wow I loved these....they are smallish but generous 3 crepe serving has only 210 calories and also really reasonable on the sodium, always a worry with packaged food. I had them with TJs low sodium red pepper & tomato soup & cucumber salad, I cooked them on the skillet (there is also a micro option) and couldn't believe they weren't from my fave French place, they taste freshly made. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Some day I'll buy a giant cooler, a map, and a full tank of gas and go to a Trader Joes :lol:
