Thinking of making a spaghetti squash and spicy sausage dish, but was thinking a cinnamon-y sweet sauce might be good with it, especially the squash. I was thinking cinnamon, a Laughing Cow cheese wedege, and some almond milk? Im not good at making sauces and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions!?
When I think of cinnamon in a sausage or bolognese sauce I associate it with tomatoes rather than creamy cheesy. Sounds like you are trying for that with the LC and almond milk- afraid it will not come together into a "cream" and that the cinnamon would overwhelm.
